Marketing Materials Instructions

Please follow these instructions to share a link to your marketing materials with us.

  1. Open a web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc.)
  2. Type the full website link/URL of the website where the material is located into the address bar of the web browser.
  3. Push Enter.
  4. Once the website opens (loads) click through the website until you locate the specific item you want to share.
    1. Please do not share your entire website, but rather unique (specific) links to each item you would like to share, like an electronic PDF or specific webpage.
  5. Highlight the link/URL of the page with your mouse.
  6. Right-click the highlighted link with your mouse and select Copy.
  7. Return to the Vendor Opportunity Registration form and click into the Marketing Materials URL field.
  8. Right-click your mouse and select Paste to paste the URL into the form.
  9. Repeat this process for each link you would like to include, entering one URL per line.

Example using BGSU digital marketing material:

  1. Open a web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc.)
  2. Type www.bgsu.edu into the address bar of the web browser.
  3. Push Enter.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the BGSU website and select Technology Support from the menu at the bottom of the page.
  5. Select the ITS Projects button.
  6. Select the Project Reporting button.
  7. Select Executive Sponsors Archives from the menu on the left side of the page.
  8. Select Executive Sponsors Large Project Updates - September 2020.
  9. Highlight the link/URL in the address bar at the top of the screen.
  10. Right-click the highlighted link.
  11. Select Copy.
  12. This is the link you would paste into the Vendor Opportunity Registration form.
